  Always good items at solid prices. Friendly service like a neighborhood hardware store should be. Close, convenient, well organized, knowledgeable staff (not just employees who are clueless about home improvement). Returns are simple and easy and have everything the other stores do not have.

  There very helpful and easy to found things in the store. Have everything you need for most home repair. Some of the more Specialty items might have to found other places. Great for running in to grab something fast. People who work there are awesome.

  Convenient location close to my house. Good selection of hardware and merchandise. Helpful staff and a lot of them, unlike OSH's competition where store staff can't be found. Excellent service!
