- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 23, 2020, by Hector VejI called from providers office to get the fax number in order to fax in a patients rx and I was on hold for about half an hour and never spoke to anyone and had to hang up. It seems they are either very busy or under staffed.
