  Charged me $50 to come to inspect my new $800 wine cooler, which wasn't working. They said they needed time to check it properly and that they'll need to take it to the shop to run the appropriate tests and then they'll give me a call, that they needed at least a month to make sure that it'll work fine and so on.. I never received a call, when i tried to call them they would not answer. Today i finally decided to go in person and now they tell me that since months have gone by they threw it away. I am very upset, i'm talking about a brand new wine cooler for 80 bottles worth $1000 or more. Which they clearly fixed and sold.. BEWARE !

  These guys got some negative press but I went to see them anyway and I'm so glad that I did. Manny and his staff were very helpful in selecting an appliance that would work best for what I needed. I not only got a great price but a four month warranty and delivery came with my purchase as well. Thanks guys! Your great customer service made my day.
